Joaquín Guallar

Joaquín Guallar is a member of the Management Board of GCO and Secretary Non-Director of the Board of GCO. Before joining GCO in 2013, he was a Senior Associate at Cuatrecasas, where he was seconded to Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP from 2008 to 2009. He is a Board member of Grupo Catalana Occidente Gestión de Activos S.A.U. SGIIC and Memora Servicios Funerarios, S.L. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, a Law degree from Abat Oliba CEU and a Master’s degree in International Business Law at ESADE, and has also taken the General Manager Programme at IESE Business School.
